The construction of 1.2km of carriageway incorporating three junctions to existing roadways. The installation of footpaths, cycle-paths with hard and soft landscaping. The construction of a new pre-cast bridge culvert. The installation of a surface water drainage system with all respective outfalls, connections and future stubs. A utility service network to facilitate all power and communication requirements of the existing and proposed local amenities. The construction of a feature pond at the location where the Griffeen river adjoins the new road.
