The construction of 0.7km of carriageway incorporating the connection into two live roundabouts. The installation of footpaths, cycle-paths with hard and soft landscaping. The installation of a new 500mm diameter watermains network (1.8km) including connections to the existing supply and provision of future connection spurs. The installation of a surface water drainage system with all respective outfalls, connections and future stubs. All utility service networks to facilitate power and telecommunications requirements. The construction of site entrances for the adjacent Microsoft and Griffols buildings.
