N16 Cornacloy to Sradrine Realignment Scheme – Phase 1

The scheme is on N16 National Primary Road between Sligo and Northern Ireland Border where it connects with the Northern Primary route A4 to Enniskillen and subsequently (via the A4 and M1 motorway) to Belfast and the Port of Larne. The scheme consists of the realignment and widening of approximately 1.1km of single carriageway road. In addition, the realignment of a number of private accesses onto the new carriageway and the provision of a new side road junction to maintain access to the existing side road network.
