Powerstown Landfill Extension

The contract involved the construction of a new basal cell development for municipal domestic waste, and the capping and remediation works to existing adjoining completed cells. The contract also entailed the construction of a new public civic amenity centre for domestic waste segregation and re-cycling, including docking and collection bays. As part of the works, 52 gas detection wells were installed.
